梅洛酸甜葡萄酒醋500ML(Merlot Bittersweet)

這款精緻的苦甜醋選用上等梅洛紅酒釀製,酒體芳香迷人,帶有細膩的香草與甘草氣息。傳統 Schutzenbach 發酵法將紅酒完美轉化為醋,並在法國橡木桶中熟成12個月,賦予其優雅而深邃的風味。最後,加入適量葡萄汁,平衡酸度,使口感更加柔和圓潤。
TASTING NOTES
色澤:濃郁的紫紅色,深邃而奪目。
香氣:首先撲鼻而來的是草莓、覆盆子與紅醋栗等紅色水果香氣,隨後轉為花香與紅果糖果的甜美氣息,並伴隨淡淡的香草與肉桂香味。
風味:入口柔和甘甜,帶來豐富的層次感,令人垂涎欲滴,口中充滿愉悅的嗅覺與味覺體驗。
搭配建議:這款葡萄酒醋與沙拉、鯷魚、禽類、烤乳豬、烤肉,以及藍紋奶酪或布里奶酪搭配。

UNIO的葡萄酒醋,來自擁有百年釀造醋的巴迪亞。自1908年由Agusti Badia先生創立以來,傳承至今已逾五代,超過百年的釀醋傳統,並與西班牙大學 Rovira I Virgili 醸酒學院合作,持績提升酒醋品質。我們只採用自家最好的葡萄酒為原料來生產醋,再加上更多的細心和耐心來確保更豐富的口味跟品質。不添加糖或蜂蜜,保持健康無負擔。醋的酸度約為3.75°,可用於調味或稀釋飲用。
